Tele sales Executive Role and Responsibilities:
– The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making cold calls to new customers to shortlist and close business deals.
– Tele sales executives must be comfortable and confident in making 100+ Cold Calls and smart to identify the key decision-makers.
– Telesales Executive is responsible to meet Daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.
– Tele sales Executive must be able to explain and convince the prospects of the different academic programs we provide.
– Managing, tracking, and following up on leads by calling them to give them a brief about the courses being offered by the organization.
– Go the “extra mile” to meet enrolment targets and facilitate future enrolments industry
Requirements:
Required Skills:
– Proven record of tele sales representative or customer service role.
– Effective track record of successfully getting clients preferably over the phone calls.
– Knowledge of potential sales market.
Qualification & Experience:
– Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience as a sales executive
– Preferably bachelor’s degree holder (others can also apply)
– Fluency in English/Arabic
– Below 30 years of age

You ensure quality in the factory and are responsible for meeting quality targets. You are fully responsible for the people, machinery and the identification and elimination of quality losses and problems in the department. You grow your team’s capabilities and coordinates departmental activities in accordance with corporate standards, local requirements and ISO standards. In this role, you report directly to the plant manager with dotted line responsibility to corporate quality.
How you will contribute
You will ensure that all quality objectives, goals and targets in the factory (including regional and global commitments) are met.
You will develop and track your department’s budget and eliminate losses.
With your team, you will conduct regular plan-do-check-act assessments to plan how targets will be met, executing the plan and periodically checking and taking action to stay on track.
In addition, you will ensure that there is strict adherence with all appropriate laws, food safety quality standards and consumer requirements of all manufactured products and manage crisis situations internally and externally in ways that support the company’s image, policies and business.
As a people leader, you are responsible for recruitment and structuring of the department to ensure there are sufficient resources to deliver on plant objectives, set and assess performance goals, and coach and mentor team members.

- Relevant experience (operations, quality and/or R&D)
- IL6S Deep knowledge and QM Pillar leader experience (IL6S phase 4 Experience is a plus).
- Ability to Manage Multi Culture environment.

- Commercial strategy process, product/package development process, food safety, plant commercialization, ingredient and package technology and training and coaching technical material.
- CQV process and IIM requirements is a must.
- Communicating effectively and leading cross-functional teams
- Statistical processes and problem-solving techniques
- Working with external manufacturing suppliers to ensure compliance to our policies and procedures and technical vendors to support compliance
- Working with customers on quality related issues

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
